Joe Baer

Joe Baer is the founder of ZenGenius LLC, based in Columbus, Ohio, which provides freelance visual merchandising and temporary labor to help retailers bring their creative vision to reality. His career spans more than 20 years, including retail experience in department stores and specialty stores, as well as providing creative support to many small businesses and community organizations. He is also the creator of the IRDC Iron Merchant Challenge.
