Jose Raul Padron leads a team that oversees all aspects of the Godiva visual merchandising and store design execution across the 267 company-owned stores and wholesale operations. As part of a Global Design group, he works with counterparts in Asia and Europe to drive global brand alignment and execution. Prior to Godiva, he was with Swatch Watch as it was gearing to re-launch its brand in the U.S. during the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Having trained in industrial design at the Rhode Island School of Design, he began his career in product design and then went to work in the point-of-purchase industry on the vendor side.
