Paul Maddrell’s career in the retail industry spans more than 20 years. Most recently he was responsible for international store development and design for L.L. Bean, culminating in the opening of several stores domestically and in Asia. Working from a napkin sketch or detailed architectural plans, he is driven by his passion for smart design, elegant solutions and close client partnerships.
