Full-Audience Roundtable Discussions

NEW FOR 2025: We’ve added a twist on the old roundtable concept! During this session, the entire audience will jump in on collaborative conversations around focused topics. Attendees will choose from six unique topics such as in-store experience, brand and marketing activation, innovation and the future of retail, to name a few. Actionable data will be shared with attendees so you can bring back the session findings to your colleagues. Get ready for one giant idea exchange!

IRDC Welcome & Shop! Ideation Closing Reception at Waterfire Providence

We’re taking the party outside! Celebrate the kickoff to IRDC at WaterFire—Providence’s iconic riverside art installation—for a one-of-a-kind evening. Just a short walk from the Omni Hotel, attendees will gather to enjoy an open bar, plenty of networking, and the magical backdrop of fire-lit waterways.

Wristbands are required for entry to the terrace and open bar. If you did not attend Shop! Ideation, you can stop by the Registration Desk located in the Narragansett Lobby on the 1st Floor before 7:30 PM to pick up your wristband, but we encourage you to join us in the Narragansett Ballroom at 7:30 PM for a brief WaterFire overview before a lively escort to the Basin led by the Providence Drum Troupe!

Prefer to head straight there? You can also pick up your wristband onsite at the Skyline Terrace IRDC tent (1 Finance Way, Providence, RI).

Local food trucks will be nearby with dinner and snacks available for purchase at your own expense.
